Return & Refund Policy

We offer refunds or compensation in the following cases:

(A) If you wish to return an item and it falls within our return policy.

(B) Damaged or incorrect items – Clouda strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@tryclauda.com, and we will arrange a replacement.

(C) Items not received – If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, it will be considered lost. We will arrange a replacement or a partial refund depending on the situation.

Returns & Replacements

If you would like to return an item, we recommend emailing info@tryclauda.com with the reason for your return. We will help resolve the issue and provide instructions.

Customers have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving them, provided that:

  • The items show no signs of wear or use.
  • The shipment is complete.
  • The reason for return falls within the return policy described on this page.

Delayed Delivery

Although we do our best to deliver your order within 15 days, we cannot guarantee this due to unforeseen circumstances affecting shipping and stock. We cannot issue refunds for items that do not arrive by a specific date (e.g. holidays or special occasions).

Delivery times are listed on each product page. Please review this before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Since our warehouse is located in Asia (China), return shipping costs may be higher than usual. On average, return shipping costs are around €20.

I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?

Contact us at info@tryclauda.com. Please include photos and/or videos of the item so we can review the issue.

Once our team has verified the problem, we will send a replacement. Without visual proof of the defect, we unfortunately cannot process a replacement.

I want to return an order. What should I do?

Our return address is international. You must request the return address from our team. Please include your tracking number so we can track your return. Return shipping costs are not covered.

Do I need to return my entire order?

No, only the items you wish to return.

Can I exchange clothing if the size doesn’t fit?

We only offer exchanges if we sent the wrong size. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the size chart on the product page.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received at our warehouse. This usually takes 5–7 business days depending on logistics.

Once received, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

My order was returned to sender. What should I do?

This can happen if the package was not collected. You should contact your local courier to arrange redelivery. Note that you typically have 5 business days to collect your package.

Incorrect address – If an incorrect address was provided, we recommend contacting your local courier or post office and collecting the package using your tracking number.

Unpaid customs or taxes – In rare cases, packages may be returned if customs duties or taxes are not paid. If this happens, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Do you provide prepaid return labels?

No, we do not offer prepaid return labels. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
